According to The Sun, Olise gave a very brief interview after Bayern Munich's 5-0 Champions League victory.

The 24-year-old winger scored twice in the match and assisted Harry Kane in scoring another goal.
After the match, Olise was interviewed by German broadcaster DAZN. When asked how it felt to score such a brilliant goal, he bluntly replied, "I don't know."
When pressed for further questioning, Olise simply shrugged.

When asked how the goal happened, Olise said, "I shoot, and then the ball either goes in or it doesn't."
When a reporter pointed out that if it were that simple, anyone could do it, Olise responded: "I don't think I'm the only one who can score goals."
The German journalist continued, "This makes it difficult for me to conduct this interview. What makes you happy? What makes you laugh?"
Orise stared blankly ahead, then replied, "Yes."
This awkward interview later went viral on social media. DAZN also posted about it on social media, writing, "An interview with Olise? Mission impossible!"
Many fans also expressed their opinions.
One Reddit user wrote, "The person who interviewed him must have had a headache. LOL."
Another person remarked sarcastically, "Very insightful, thank you, Michael!"
This isn't the first time Olise has made a similar statement in an interview. In April 2025, during an interview with Harry Kane, he also went viral online for barely saying a word. Another brief response from him after Bayern Munich's 10-0 victory over Auckland City also sparked considerable discussion.
